Parramatta eels blue & gold festival 2021

Parramatta Eels were throwing the annual Bue & Gold Festival or their members and as ActronAir are major sponsors, we were invited to participate. Following discussion with the marketing team, we decided that a competition that started with event goers exposing themselves to our brand would best.

I was to create collateral that fell in line with Parramatta Eels’ and ActronAir’s brand identity. The competition winner was to win a signed 2021 jersey by entering via scanning a QR code at the festival (this was printed on all collateral) which led them to the landing page seeking their details and a 25 words prompt. ActronAir had partnered with BLINK Republic who organised a photobooth where fans could get a polaroid taken with an ex-Parramatta Eels player at our marquee. so I liaised with them to create the polaroid frame, media wall.

Total collateral created includes: Flyers, posters, multiple design pull-up banners, polaroid frame, photobooth media wall, social posts, landing page, eDM (follow-up correspondence to pitch the partnership member offer).

The end results were great:  486 engaged with ActionAir, 162 images processed during 2 hours, 83 shared instantly(some shared multiple times) and 62 unique email addresses collected.
